This section governs the acquisition of SERVICES through the website https://sulishammamspa.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by SULIS HEALTH CENTER S.L, (hereinafter referred to as “the Responsible Party”).

By accepting this agreement, the consumer and/or user (hereinafter referred to as the “customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The customer is of legal age and possesses the capacity to enter into contracts.
  • The customer has read, comprehended, and accepted all terms outlined in these general conditions without reservation.
  • The customer assumes all associated obligations.

These conditions remain valid indefinitely and apply to all reservations and contracts made through the Responsible Party via https://sulishammamspa.com/.

The Responsible Party reserves the right to modify the contractual offer, including these general conditions and the list of SERVICES and their prices, at any time. However, such modifications will not affect previously confirmed contracts. Therefore, it is advisable to carefully review these terms before purchasing any service offered.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer agrees to use the website and its services lawfully, in accordance with current regulations, and refrain from infringing upon the rights and interests of third parties and the Responsible Party. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to the website and will bear the consequences of providing false or erroneous information. Additionally, the customer must adhere to and accept the general contracting conditions, as well as the legal and privacy notices on the website. Failure to comply may result in service withdrawal or cancellation by the Responsible Party without prior notice, as well as legal action.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

This contract governs the relationship between the Responsible Party and the customer upon granting consent during the contracting process. The contractual relationship involves the provision of services by the Responsible Party in exchange for a specified fee paid by the user.

CONTRACTING PROCESS

Service acquisition follows the procedures outlined in these general contracting conditions. The customer must provide personal data and that of any accompanying individuals to facilitate reservation, service allocation, and communication regarding any necessary conditions for service provision.

OFFERED SERVICES

The website offers a range of services, including online reservations and payments processed through Stripe. Service durations and combinations are clearly specified, along with corresponding prices and features.

PRICE OF SERVICES

Service prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude additional services unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers can review total costs before making payments.

PAYMENT METHOD

Online reservations require credit card payment processed through Stripe. Accepted cards include VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and MASTER. Card information is securely encrypted and processed through a virtual POS, with no data provided to the Responsible Party.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations or date changes must be communicated via email at least 48 hours in advance. Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the service, with refunds issued accordingly. No refunds are provided for services beginning within 48 hours, and no changes are accepted once the service has commenced.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, including acts of nature, war, terrorism, etc., until such circumstances cease.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 103 of the consolidated text of the general law for the defense of consumers and users outlines exceptions to the consumer’s right of withdrawal, particularly for fully executed services or those begun with the consumer’s express consent.
